Offer Retirement Home Constancja in Przywidz

The Retirement Home Constancja was designed on the area of 13.000m2 on a hill among forests and lakes and it has a view of beautiful surroundings. The place is covered by landscape conservation. The Retirement Home was designed to address the most optimal and expected conditions of stay for the residents of our home. In the building of the area of about 3.000m2, residents have 21 double rooms of 36m2 each. The rooms are equipped with a bathroom with a shower, toilet, washbasin and bidet. The room is comfortably furnished, it has two beds, a table and four chairs, a sofa, TV, radio and air purifier and humidifier. In the room there is a small kitchenette with a fridge. On the first floor each room has an access to a balcony. There are also 11 single rooms of 27m2 area each. All single rooms have the same equipment as double rooms. Residents of the Retirement Home have at their disposal a canteen, common room, kitchen, doctor’s surgery, nurse’s office, massage and rehabilitation room, hair salon, isolation unit, jacuzzi and sauna. There is also a chapel for believers.

Your carefree stay at the Retirement Home Constancja will be supervised by our employees: a doctor, four nurses, four cleaners, chef, cook, four kitchen assistants and waitresses, technical worker – driver and the whole place is supervised by a centre manager. The kitchen will serve five meals a day. Especially for our centre there was a research and implementation programme set up in order to protect residents of our Home. The programme aims at installing thermal cameras, measuring residents’ body temperature and monitoring health with medical wristbands. Moreover, we have introduced a system of medical teleconsultations with specialist doctors in order not to put our residents at risk during coronavirus pandemics. The whole system aims at monitoring residents’ health, reporting and analysis of their needs. A doctor from the Retirement Home after analysis of the tests will be able to change or modify patient’s methods of treatment. 24-hour nurse duties allow to read, control and report health situation of our residents and in any necessity allow to contact a doctor quickly.

In our offer we take into account organization of cultural and artistic meetings according to residents’ needs. We offer shopping or tourist trips or visits for tests or necessary medical consultations. Twice a year we organize domestic and foreign trips for our residents. On the territory of our centre, apart from the Retirement Home, there is also a building for garage and utility space, a place for barbecue and social meetings. Nearby there will be an orchard of 3.000m2, alleys among trees, mini beach at the pond of the area 1.000m2. All these facilities are to make our residents feel at home. We would like to treat our residents with respect and provide the best care for them.
